Services related to sub-assembly production include assistance with CAD design of molds and tools, manufacturing SLA 3-D printed tools, thermoforming materials such as ABS, polycarbonate, and acrylic, adding paint and finish, and procurement of the sub-assembly’s non-foam components. Non-foam components could include fabric reinforcements, laminate composite or sheet metal as backing structure, hook and loop fastening systems, and metallic brackets. With our help, customers can reduce manufacturing steps to optimize their supply chain.
