Quality Assurance Test Plan Design

General Plastics has over 20 years experience performing flammability testing in our FAA-approved burn-test facility. This operation not only monitors the performance of our own products against requirements in several specification-driven standards, but is also available for helping customers with their project needs.

We have participated in programs associated with nuclear-waste transportation containers, providing crash-and-fire protection systems utilizing our LAST-A-FOAM^® products. We have also contributed test-expertise towards a wide array of aircraft/aerospace related projects.

We offer pre-test and conformity testing-services for new or existing designs, and will work with customers to develop Flammability Test Plans and coordinate FAA conformity inspections. Complete reporting services and documentation are provided following testing.
