A comprehensive testing and inspection facility allows meaningful standards to be applied to parts and materials, assuring quality performance. General Plastics employs a full range of appropriate quality-system techniques to control all aspects of finished-goods production.

We hold approvals in several major advanced-quality systems, including ASME NQA-1 "Quality Assurance Requirements for Nuclear Facility Applications". We regularly work to military specifications, and to complex customer specification requirements, and have the internal quality system support necessary to successfully complete assigned tasks.

Our test and evaluation equipment includes computer-controlled physical-property testing machinery, analytical chemical-test instrumentation, an FAA-approved burn-test facility, and a broad array of dimensional inspection devices, including a Browne and Sharp coordinate-measuring machine.
