LAST-A-FOAMŪ FR-4300 Heat-Formable Foam is unique flame-retardant structural polyurethane foam. It is intended for composite panel cores and other structures where compound-curved surfaces or other details can be made with low-cost heat-forming methods. While it is heat-formable, it retains all the chemical and solvent-resistant properties of polyurethane foams.
LAST-A-FOAMŪ FR-4300 Heat-Formable Foam is available in 5-, 10-and-15-lb. per cubic foot densities, in sheet-sizes to 48" x 96". Thickness dimensions from 0.125" are available.
A closed-cell material, it is easily bonded and will accept a variety of adhesives and coatings. LAST-A-FOAMŪ FR-4300 Heat-Formable Foam contains no chlorofluorocarbons.
Softening Temperature: 230? F
Processing Temperature: 250? to 270? F
Maximum Continuous Service Temperature: 160? F
